Once the preferable Type of “Lifters” on the left is selected, you
will see the Product Detail appears on the right.

Hold the lever softly, rocking it up/down to lift the object
up and down.

Speed of lifting up /down depends on the pressure level of
rocking lever
which can be adjusted deliberately from 0 - Max according
to the power applied by user.
Automatically maintain the last working position, so no need
to manually readjust.

Even being attached with the gripper , still able to work
with one hand by pressing on /off switch button on the
lifter lever.

Best for moving objects on the conveyor lines and lifting
objects onto the palettes with speed.

Apart from being able to specify the level of Grip
Controller,
it can be deliberately adjusted the speed of lifting up
down from 0 - MAX. Best for preparing the machine
since it is easy to lift up and down compared to specifying
the Grip Controller level.

Besides, since the handle is located in the middle, it can
be pulled or turned around smoothly in horizontal direction.

In case of attaching the gripper (Hanging Lifter / End
Effector), we suggest you opt to specify the level of Grip
Controller : Standard

Usage ： Lift up objects and place on palettes, moving
objects on the conveyor lines, suction / release objects
to put down in the machine, such as lathe milling
machine.

Use to switch modes back and forth between Air Cylinder ⇔
Balance (Vacuum)

When pressing Balance button, the machine will adjust the
balance of the hanging weight loads automatically, this is
best for moving heavy objects with various or uneven weight.
While in Balance mode, it can be manually adjust the
weight to suit the specific lifting task.

When control with up /down button, the Balance mode will
change to Air Cylinder.

Usage ： Product assembly, installing preparation, moving
task in the clean room.

Can be engaged only with the specified weight
loads.

Automatically changeable between Yes ⇔ No of the weight
loads, when turn the suction On ⇔ Off

Set up balance when there is no task load by selecting load
balance rotation knob to “ No Balance Load ”

Suction task and automatically altered to “ Balance Load ”
by securely transforming into vacuum condition
※ Set up load balance by turning the “ Load balance rotation
knb” to “ Balance Load ” The machine will always be in
vacuum condition both for with or without load balance

Directly lift the load task up down with ease.

When turning off the button after moving task is done and
the objects are placed down on the ground, the machine will
restore position from Balance Load to No Balance Load.
※ For safety, press both left and right buttons to turn off
the machine.

Usage ： Lift up objects and place on the palettes,
assembling task, installing preparation.

Normally the control area of the balance controller will be
designed to locate within handﾕs reach.

Use hanging switch if want to lift up objects to high place
or if the objects are on high place.

Hanging switch can work as Balance Button and work in the
same manner as Pendant Switch
